All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions. We reserve the right to decline any reservations. There is a refundable, security deposit of £400 payable by all bookings. A mandatory cleaning fee of £65 is added to each booking. BBQ rental is due at an additional charge. Early / Late check out/in can be arranged, depending on availability at a charge of £50.
